Senior Checks

  • What is a Senior Check?
    • The Senior Check is a review of the student's degree requirements provided by the Fine and Applied Arts Record Specialists in the dean's office.
    • The purpose of the Senior Check is to provide a listing of any outstanding requirements that have not been met for the degree or other university policies.
  • When will I receive a Senior Check?
    • You do not need to request the Senior Check.
    • Senior Checks are processed three times within an academic year: spring, summer, and fall.
    • You must have a minimum of 85 earned semester hours and 29 semester hours or less of required coursework to be eligible.
    • Your Senior Check results will be emailed to your ASU email account and a link will be provided to the Senior Check in your Degreeworks notes.
