CAA-Funded Field Trip Transforms Art History Students Through Experiential Learning in NYC

The fourteen Department of Art students enrolled in Dr. Erin Peters’ ARH 4030 capstone class traveled to New York City for experiential learning and professional development October 30 - November 2, 2025 with support from the College Art Association’s Art History Travel Fund.

BOONE, N.C. – Appalachian State University's Department of Theatre and Dance is premiering eight original dance works during the Fall Appalachian Dance Ensemble (FADE) at 7 p.m. from November 19 through 22 and at 2 p.m. on Sunday, November 23 in Valborg Theatre on the university campus.
