Winter is a great time to be indoors learning a new craft or advancing your skills in a long loved craft. Spring classes begin in late January, and new classes start throughout the semester. Most classes meet once a week for four to eight weeks. Instruction if offered by Appalachian faculty and community professionals. Classes have top quality equipment and craft materials. Registration is now available for spring classes that include glass fusing and slumping, jewelry, bead-making, acrylic painting, video documentary production, woodworking, biodiesel fuel production and pottery.
