Sophomores Sarah Bischoff and Sydney Surro teamed up to transform a set of scrubs into a vintage sundress in just five hours, beating out four other student teams to win the challenge. The first event of its kind to be held at Appalachian State, the challenge was organized by retired interior design professional Bo Henderson and his Blowing Rock Fashion Show steering committee, in conjunction with faculty members of App State’s College of Fine and Applied Arts.
