| Grade Forgiveness Exception - Repeat | If a student repeats a course and does not want the course automatically processed as a grade exclusion |
| Special Course Form | Must be completed when a student is registering for individual study, study abroad, technical assistance or thesis/dissertation. *Include Late Drop/Add Form if submitted after the drop/add period |
| Independent Study | Students seeking to take a course that is not available in the regular curriculum. *Include Late Drop/Add Form if submitted after the drop/add period |
